• Willingness to complete a brief AI-led interview and provide references
- 1-year mentorship commitment
- Support 5 mentees with approximately 3-4 hours/week
- Respond to mentee messages within 48 business hours
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct
- Provide 30-day notice for termination; $500 fee if less than 30 days or in final 30 days
- Stipend ranges $550–$1,250 USD based on cohort duration (subject to program terms and regional pay structure)
- Cohort-based: 25% at start, 75% at completion
- Cohort lengths are fixed per program; start/end confirmed in platform
- Bonus incentives for exceptional mentee outcomes
